1. Introduction

Welcome to Whiskrs (the “App”). The App is operated by Cenozoic Ventures Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Whiskrs is an AI-powered facial scanning tool designed to help users detect and manage facial hairs and monitor grooming changes over time. Whiskrs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old, and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 16, you may only use the App with a parent/guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts

To access Whiskrs, you must create an account using:

• Email login, or
• Apple / Google login Facebook login

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted through your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

4. Subscription and Payment

Whiskrs provides access to premium features on a subscription basis.

• New users may receive a 7-day free trial (where available).
• After the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

We do not process payments ourselves — billing is handled by Apple / Google under their Terms.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

Whiskrs provides general wellness and cosmetic assistance only.

The App:

• Does not detect medical conditions
• Does not replace professional dermatology, medical, or cosmetic advice

Always seek professional guidance if you have concerns about your skin, facial hair growth, or underlying health conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, abusive, or harassing purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App’s software, models, or features
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including design, features, branding, AI models, and data outputs) is owned by Cenozoic Ventures Pty Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own private use.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, update, limit, or suspend the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We are not responsible for any service outages or data connection issues.

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
